At We Live It, each product is made just for you when you place your order. Because our items are made to order using a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variations once an order has been placed.

At this time, We Live It ships to customers within the United States only.

What if my order isn’t right?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, including a damaged item, a printing error, or a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will review your request.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations between screens and printed products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
